No any delivery information after 23 days

I ordered and paid on 06, April, 2020 for this item, techniworld marked this item could be delivered in 2-3 days.

But after one week nothing happened, I wrote email to ask the delivery status, no confirmation except a auto-reply email.

From then on I sent lots of email to ask, and no any confirmations or meaningful feedback, Then I sent another several email to cancel my order, but again, no any feedback accordingly!!

Now I repeat my request here: After 23 days since I paid, I DIDN'T receive any feedback about delivery information even I sent lots of emails. Techniworld, please, cancel my order, and refund my payment!
