La plainte
On 21st September I purchased KitchenAid Artisan 5KSM175PSEOB - Küchenmaschine - 300 W - Onyx Black on techniworld.ch, same day I paid via a bank transfer CHF 484.45. September 30th the order was cancelled by techniworld.ch giving a reason that the item was no longer available. I called the number they advised and subsequently sent a bank account information on October 2nd for a money refund. Since then I haven't received any money on my account, I have sent several emails but no refund yet.
