Google Play balance can't be used - no clarification, no help!

On 14th December 2020 I bought six 100.- CHF Play cards and redeemed 5 to my Play Store account for balance of 500.- CHF. However, I can't use my balance to by anything because I get the alert "For your protection, we need you to verify activity on your payments profile"
I tried verification for at least 5 times, my request is either ignored or I get a reply that my cards are redeemed to another account. I checked those 5 cards four times with four different Google Customer service representatives - they are redeemed to my account!
It looks impossible to clarify anything because there is nobody to communicate in Google and instructions I get from Customer Service give no results.
So, please either unlock my Play account balance of 500.- CHF or credit back 500.- to my credit card. Should you requre more details please do not hesitate to contact me.
