Techniworld/BHS Binkert doesn't deliver goods and doesn't reimburse money
La plainte
16 July 2020 we ordered Intel Core; delivery stated 3-4 days;
28 July: delivery postponed
13 August: delivery postponed
18 August : order cancelled and they confirmed to reimburse the money
15 September: they askes for our bank account details in order to refund money
14 Oktober: more apologies and say that they will transfer amount in the next 10 days
11 November: the e-mailed us asking for an extension of payment of 180 days because of problems related to Corona.
22 February 2021: still no money received and no message from them!
