False billing by SALT
La plainte
SALT is billing me for monthly mobile service that has NOT been rendered (no phone/no SIM!!!) and worse part is that they bill me now for a phone that was confirmed lost by the Swiss Post. SALT Customer service has no mandate to help customers and such a painful waste of time to keep calling customer service since they just pass the issue around to different people/departments. It is so ridiculous and unbelievable that such poor business exist in Switzerland. But I am not surprised anymore after I read several similar customer reviews in TrustPilot especially of customers being billed for phones they did not receive (or do not have) and the very poor customer service we all experienced. Disappointing and regretful and I hope this bad experience will not happen to more people.
