Kurierdienst oder Postsendung?

Guten Tag
Ich habe vor ca einem Jahr ein Buch für 250 Euro bei Amazon bestellt. Die Vorschau des Buches war in Farbe, das Buch jedoch in schwarz-weiss- Druck. Ich konnte das Buch zurückschicken, musste jedoch die Rückerstattung des Portos erkämpfen. Jetzt habe ich im Juli das gleiche Buch wieder bestellt, und es war wieder in Schwarz und Weiss. Ich habe Amazon angerufen und einen Kurierdienst verlangt der das Buch bei mir abholt. Das wurde abgelehnt, und des weiteren wurde hervorgehoben dass die Produktevorschau nicht relevant ist (s. mail unten) . Ich arbeit ca 60 Stunden die Woche und habe weder Zeit noch Lust in der Schlange in der Post zu stehen. Ich bin auf Ihre Stellungnahme gespannt. Das mail von Amazon ist unten angehängt. I would like to note that I have checked this product page, as well as the data base, and did not find the information whether the book comes in color or it is in black and white. Unfortunately, we are unable to consider product photo, or in this case, preview, as the official information.

Please stick one Commercial Invoice to the outside of the box.
One you will give to the carrier.
The Return Mailing Label needs to be stuck to the outside of the box as well.
And the bar code slip needs to be put inside the box with the item.
The label you received is an international label to be paid by you. Please use the most cost effective method to send the item back, and we will issue a full refund for the charges you paid.
Just send us a photo or a scan of the receipt as an attachment in reply to my email and we will refund you immediately.
As soon as our returns department has received and processed the item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
