La plainte
I ordered skis. It was Friday, and the website advertised them as in stock and ready to ship. It also said that if I ordered before 14:00 they would be delivered the next day. I ordered them before 14:00 thinking they would arrive Saturday, or Monday at the latest. On monday (today) I called and they said they "are not sure whether the skis shipped", and cannot cancel my order because it is already processed and somewhere in the warehouse. This is unacceptable. I needed those skis before tuesday (tomorrow), so had to go buy a new pair, and now I still have to wait to receive the pair I ordered which I will then have to return to be reimbursed. I live far away from Ochsner sport, so it will take me a while to return the pair of skis I ordered. And after all this... not a single excuse from the company. Terrible service. I would expect after such a blunder that they offer me some kind of coupon, or take off the misleading advertisement on their website that if you order by 14:00 it will arrive the next working day.
