La plainte
I've bought 4 modules of DDR3 RAM and after 3 years, they became defective.
I sent the 4 modules to PCHC for exchange. After nearly one month of wait, he told me that he will reimburse me because he was not able to replace it.
Because I had enough to wait, I had accepted and precise him into my email that I'm waiting for 2*81.60 fr. Few days after, he refunded 81.20 fr. I write him about this fact and he argue that the 2 others are working, and he has sent it to me back. I told him that I had never agree with a half refund and that he never talked about half.
I'm not convinced at all that the 2 modules are working fine anyway, because the 4 had exactly the same life in my computer.
At the end, one month for a fake solution that makes me as much in trouble than before because if I want to have 4 modules again, It will be from two different kind that may create unstability and bugs within my computer.
So, I ask him to be fully reimbursed for the modules (so 81.20 fr. that are missing + shipping cost if he want it back)
As of today, I don't have received the 2 "working" modules and only half of my money...
