SBB huge delay 50 minutes
La plainte
Hello, on Sunday 15th of April I bought a ticket from Geneva Airport going to Montreux. I was supposed to arrive at 13:40 pm to catch my business meeting.
The train had a problem and the engineer apologized for the delay, which was nice. But I did not expect my trip to delay for 50 minutes!
So I arrived my business meeting very late which caused a lot of inconvenience and embarrassment to me andy clients.
I would have liked to receive a refund or a free ticket on thursday 19th of April from montreux to Geneva airport in order to conpensate for the inconvenience that SBB caused to me and the time a wasted toy clients.
