I 've made an order at 7 November, they said that I'll have it between 4 to 7 working days. Now we have 20 and I'm still waiting. I called them and they told me that the order is going to come at 30/11. They refused to cancel my I order and when I demande to talk with the responsible of the department, they refused and they hang up the phone

We can, however, cancel the order at your request if this is ok for you.
