Wrong billing, no way to get e-bills and incompetent admin staff - even after several mails - no one got back. Difficult and time consuming to reach out to them via phone. How can this be improved and my bill corrected.
I have submitted a cancel request now after several issues I experienced - horizon box had several issues, remote was not working then...unable to reach out to the tech support etc etc.

I missed couple of calls as it was not planned. Cannot always attend calls at adhoc due to meetings and other engagements.
