Vente annulée mais pas remboursée

I ordered an oven with this company, delivery indicated 4 to 10 working days. the oven arrived after 3 weeks. It arrived damaged and the delivery company recognized that the oven was damaged and took it back. I  immediately informed Electrolymp  and sent pictures of the damaged oven and of the delivery company papers (refused delivery due to damages). The owner immediately called me, almost yelling that I was lying about it, that the oven could not have arrived damaged. I said just to look at the evidence in particular the delivery papers signed by the driver clearly mentioning the damages. I had other phone calls and each time electrolymp (I suppose the owner) was extremely rude and impolite.


To make a story short, though he keeps promising to reimburse the oven, nothing has been done. He is difficult to reach, stop answering emails and plays dead.
