Premium number charges

The Phone Number 078 .... (see "Vertrauliche Informationen") is in use by my 13 year old son and during playing games - he would have entered the mobile numbers as asked for by several games. This resulted to a charge of 70CHF on my next bill.

Upon calling Salt and enquiring that how these 70CHF were incurred - I was told that they have no idea.

And, upon asking if I can get the contact details of those scammers where my money has been transferred to, so that I can ask for refund. I was again told that Salt does not have any idea.

Since, I am not provided any contact details by Salt - I ask Salt to refund this amount to me on behalf of the scammers.
