Annoncer un abonnement de 12 mois mais vous en envoyer un de 24 mois, frais illégaux

Thanks for your email. Unfortunately it doesn't answer my complaint. I heard the same explanations over and over again. As a hundred times mentioned previously I have not signed a contract for TWO years!!!! There is no signature of mine on this contract! The contract was sent to me by email two hours after I have completed the online form.  By suspecting it may come back and bite me I took screen shots from your website to make sure i have it in written. For me the contract is the form I have completed on the website and the conditions for the contract listed on the website! You can say whatever you want but it wont cover the fact that this company is full of crap and I will make sure to let everyone know. I will do my best to get my message get across to as many people as possible, by leaving appropriate reviews for your services and practices. I will make it a mission of mine to alert as many people as possible and discourage them from getting into contact with you. YOur colleagues in customer relations will see a lot of me in the future! Salt jus invested 200.- in anti publicity campaign. Well spent ;)
